I looovveee this place. No judgement, no drama, just friendly people who have made me enjoy exercising. If you're looking for yoga and only yoga, no ballet bar stuff or pilates, just yoga, this is the place. Go see Ruth, she's the best!!!

I have been practicing with Ruthann for about 18 months, she is the best! I have knee and shoulder problems and she is really great at helping me to modify poses to suit my needs! She is a sweet and caring instructor who makes me feel important. I admire her greatly!

I had a great experience as a first timer! Inhale Yoga was very good at explaining and teaching techniques that can work for everyone. I was very impressed!!
