This place is disgusting! They served my son a chicken parmigiana sandwich with brownish-black sauce. It tasted horrible. When I took the sandwich up to show the employees they said that is all they had and were told by the manager to serve it. Then they said they could mix a can of sauce in with the bad sauce. When I asked to speak to a manager they were hesitant. I demanded a phone number and name. This is what they gave me : Laura Faith 804-316-0190. I called repeatedly and was hung up on. I asked the workers to call from the store phone and they refused. Said she never answers the phone. The workers there were extremely rude! I did get a refund, but now will be spending more money because I am taking my son to urgent care with stomach cramps and excessive vomiting. My guess- food poisoning. I'm calling corporate in the morning! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

Food is comparable to other jersey mikes stores. The service could be better. The young lady making my sub was too busy trying to flirt with the other employee to concentrate on listening to what i wanted on my sub. I told her several times and she still got it wrong. Then she proceeded to complain about another customer when i was trying to pay. You would be better off going across the street To firehouse subs or jimmy johns if u want a sub!
