I lived at Sterling Glen for a year and at the time I got a good move in special but once my year was up all hell broke loose!!! They tried to increase my rent almost 100 if i didnt sign a 13-18 month lease!!!!!!! I paid too much in rent to get subpar amenities and service. Once I gave my 60 day notice they tried to pull all the stops and start harrassing me from trying to charge me 1200/month for month to month, to saying I had a pet and I didnt and trying to charge me $600, to them trying to make me pay for the carpet to be replaced because of cofffe, soda, and spaghetti stains. All I can say is they are very money hungry and will stop at nothing to empty your pockets!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!! Plus its tooo far from civilization unless you like that!!!! You can go elsewhere and find better housing with more space at a cheaper price!!!!!!!
