The people who work here are very rude, and their claim of expertise is false. They soldered my rings crooked and upside down the day before my baby shower, and when I pointed this out, they told me I did not know what I was talking about, and said that it didn't matter if the inscription was upside down, because you can turn it the other way to read it. I could not even put them on, and they said it would be another two days to get it "as close as they could" to whatever it was that I was talking about. They did not hear me out when I was trying to explain what the problem was, and did not once apologize for their mistake or for the fact that I would not be able to wear my rings to my own baby shower. I work in retail, so I know how important it is to listen to your customers. I strongly advise against giving them your business, because no one should ever have to be treated as if they are incompetent.
