Towed a car from the scene of an accident without talking to the driver, and won't let the driver retrieve anything from the car until their paid in cash for the tow. Items in the car include eyeglasses, bank card, booster seats for children, and confidential medical information. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I have been going to Chester auto body for my maintenance and body work for years and when I finished my vintage musle car I had them handle the paint and they exceeded my expectations!
