Andrew Cumiskey, M.D., is an orthopaedic surgeon at the Bay Orthopedic Associates division in Elkton and Chestertown, Maryland.  He is a 12 year veteran of the United States Navy having served as both a Flight Surgeon in the Naval Aviation community and an Orthopaedic Surgeon in Bethesda, M.D. and Beaufort, S.C.  Dr. Cumiskey offers a unique combination of military experience and formal training, particularly in the fields of arthroscopy and sports medicine.
