The first thing for potential patients to know is that this dentist REEKS of cigarette smoke. The staff seemed nice and the dentist himself seemed fine, but the smell of smoke was awful. When I left the office, I did not have the clean feeling that you usually have after a check-up, so I don't think the cleaning was really good either. I was supposed to go back for more work, but couldn't handle the cigarette smoke smell, so I called and let the receptionist know -- she was very understanding on that day. I also questioned the billing on my insurance for a full set of x-rays -- I said that I wouldn't know for sure, because I'm not a dentist, but it didn't seem that they did a full set. She explained at that time that, no they didn't do a full set, but that they were going to complete the set when I came back and that was a better way to bill the insurance. Later, she claimed that they had done a full set and was quite rude. So I'm out the insurance coverage for that.
