Philip W. Hoon began practicing law in 1980 and commenced his practice in Chestertown in 1982. He formed Hoon & Associates in 1996. In addition to Mr. Hoon, there are two Of Counsel attorneys, Bryan P. DiGregory and Stephan E. Klingelhofer. A Technical Assistant, John W. Koontz, and several paralegal assistants are also on the Hoon & Associates staff. The firm is involved in the general practice of law. It seeks to provide comprehensive legal services, by its own personnel and through affiliations with other lawyers when necessary.
