I am a Maryland attorney with a Writ for a Defendant in MA. Mark took my call and agreed to attempt service. I emailed the papers to him in the afternoon. By the next morning I had the Affidavit of Service in my email.
I was very pleased with the ease, speed, and cost of service. A+

Mark has been a huge help for me over the past year. He has given me great advice, and has been tenacious in fulfilling his duties. He always comes through for me, and has dealt with some difficult situations.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about constable Mark Weisberg. My husband needed to serve a motion for modification of child support to his ex, and Mr. Weisberg handled this matter in the most timely and professional manner than we ever could have ever expected. With most constables you mail them the paperwork to be served along with a check, and then you never hear from them again except for receiving the receipt in the mail. Mr. Weisberg came to my house to pick up the paperwork and then when he found that the court had screwed up by not mailing my husband all of the required paperwork that needed to be served, he went to the court himself to straighten it out... unheard of! Any other constable would have told us to straighten everything out with the court and to then call him once that is done (rightfully so)... but Mr. Weisberg took the matter into his own hands and relieved us of so much added stress... he then made sure to serve the paperwork to my husband’s ex at 9:00pm to make sure that she was home, so that he could place the envelope in her hand.... How do I know this? Because he called me to give me an update once it was done! Any other constable would have just served the paperwork when it was convenient for him (usually during work hours when the person being served is at work themselves, so it does not get placed in their hand).... Mr. Weisberg made this experience so unbelievably easy for us, and all for such a fair price... We will definitely be using his services again in the future, and we highly recommend that you do too!

I am very happy to write a review about Constable Mark Weisberg and will recommend him to anyone. My soon to be ex-wife was avoiding service and the Sheriff's office in Boston was not able to serve her. The Sheriff's office wasted 2.5 months of our time and I am glad we found Mr. Mark Weisberg. He served her within 3 hours after receiving papers by email from my Attorney and he served her during night time, around 9.15 pm. Extremely happy with this congenial, quick service! Had an emergency motion that needed to be served immediately (and it was late in the day, Eastern Time) to both the Court and the opponent (we're from out of state) and no way to get it there. Constables Office got the other party served and delivered the motion--even calling the correct clerk up to the office to get the motion to the judge quickly. This Process Server was AMAZING!!!! No one else was able to get the motion filed so quickly and Constable's Office delivered.

Very very happy and we will use this business again!

Only setback he doesn't like to arrest people due to amount of paperwork.
