Impossible to be a happy camper.

I left my review on another site because these people were so atrocious. I called them up for an estimate on work I needed done on my car. Other places had quoted $3-400. The woman who answered said "We don't quote prices over the phone, let's just get that straight from the start." I was dumbfounded by her rudeness.

She was continually abrupt and rude and I told her to forget it, that I wasn't going to trust my car in the hands of someone so unprofessional.

I can't say enough good things about this garage! They go out of their way to help, treat you like a real person and never up-sale or try to screw you! I have recommended this garage to everyone I know. Great service and by far, the best garage in town!

If you want your vehicle repaired for a fair price then this is the place for you. They do not over charge and they complete their tasks in a timely manner. I had my share with repair shops in the past and believe me, Cheswick Auto is the place to go. Honesty and excellent work goes a long way with me. Mr. Robert Illinsky Jr.

Brought my small chevy aveo there in May, and they did an oil change and mentioned that the air filter will need replacement next time I come. I took my car over to Oaks automotive down the street mid September and they found screws lodged in the air filter and the frame was tampered with! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR PARTS AND OVERCHARGE YOU!!

My father and I have used the services of Cheswick Automotive since the mid 90s and have always had great service and prices. I found them to be fair, honest, and quite nice.

Had my truck go in for a simple inspection was told that I needed lower ball joints had them done. Shortly after I had problems with the brakes so I brough it again said to Jim that this should have been taken care of in the first place. He began to tell me that for my truck I would need almost 900 in repairs, I took the truck down the street to all time who fixed and replaced everything for 380 tax and all. Would never again take my vehicle there bad experiance overpriced and very sour owner.
