When I called to pay my balance, I was kept on the phone for 45 minutes while they added charges to my credit card that weren't originally agreed upon. I also was yelled at by the billing lady because she wasn't getting her money from our insurance company fast enough (I believe she is related to the doctor so that may have something to do with it.)
