I couldn’t ask for better service with Maddison and Jessica CUPP I would recommend them both for great customer service. I am giving them a 20 stars for the both of them. They help me out greatly and I really appreciate both of them. Thank you ladies so much.

Jaylen and Patrick were very courteous and professional

Perla was very friendly and helpful with ordering the sectional we were interested in. Our couch was delivered sooner than expected and Jacob and Patrick (our delivery team) arrived on time and quickly and professionally setup our section, even rearranging it after the initial spot I wanted it in didn’t work out.

Brayden and Donald were very nice and professional. They did a great job putting together my furniture!

Great selection, excellent service on all levels. Angel is friendly, informative and professional. Office staff equally attentive. Delivery reps. -Tyler and Donald, both very focused, friendly and efficient; kept us informed of schedule and on time.

RJ and Noah did a fantastic job. They were thoughtful and professional. Took great care in bringing it in and explaining everything to us. These gentleman were excellent. If I could give 10 stars I would.

In home delivery and set up was very convenient; Will and Donald were friendly and did a great job helping me set everything up!

We purchased beautiful furniture on Black Friday. We purchased a full living room and dining room set and saved well over $1000! Judy was very helpful and patient. We didn't feel rushed and had the time to choose exactly what we wanted! A very pleasant experience compared to other furniture stores.

Judy was an excellent assist on my purchase at the Cheyenne location. I will shop this store again in the future.

DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY FURNITURE HOMESTORE IN CHEYENNE! We ordered several pieces from them. Two pieces, the dining table and armoire, were broken and needed to be reordered. The end tables and coffee tables were scratched and not in perfect condition. They promised us we would have our complete order delivered within four weeks. However, we received the replacement for the broken table more than two months after we purchaced it. We still have not received the replacement armoire three months after we purchased it. Asley claimes to sell high quality furniture with excellent customer service, but this just doesnt happen. They would never display any of the furniture they delivered to our home in their store. This is becuase nobody wants to buy this poor quality furniture and have wait more than three months for it. By the way, the furniture is not made in the US like they want you to believe. We found stickers on our furniture that said, "made in China."
