The work was OK. We had to make them do some of the cuts the right way (they were leaving large gaps, and using a chain saw). They seemed upset at us but did what we had asked.

The bad part is that they ruptured the sprinkler system and did not say anything. When we turned on the system we found out that there was a leak right where they were working. By them not saying anything, when the system was turned on dirt flowed through the system and clogged the system. We called Big D when we found out and he said he would take care of the sprinkler system bill. When we called back he then stated that it was not his issue and things happen. I could see that, however as stated they did not say they hit the pipe and turning on the system not knowing that made things a lot worse. We keep trying to get him to pay what he said he would. Will post if he lives up to his word. I would not use this company again.
