I would like to give them no stars, however that is not how these systems work. I had an terrible experience with this company. Their bidder made it sound like they where professional and new how to build great fence gates. If you look at their ratings on line they are great, I would want to see their final product. I feel those ratings are not real, there is no way. I was treated poorly and told I was demanding. So this then allows for bad craftsmanship on a fence? This is my home and I want a nice product, that is why I hired a professional to do the work. Borderline's crew is unskilled, very uneven cuts, screws not in straight and the gates are not even, not to mention the estimator who flat out lied to get my work. This is not a professional company, they don't give you a schedule, they just show up, they don't communicate, and when they do show, they do a bad job,and then when you complain over the bad work, they do the same thing over. I have pictures and would love to see the end result for those that gave this company a great rating. We are still deliberating over the poor job Nick's crew did. I am overwhelmed on how horrible of a job this company did. Now I have to live with the unprofessional work or pay more to fix it. This is totally unfair and companies with such unskilled labor should not be in business.

I've watched this company grow and develop over the past 12 years and there is a reason they're still around.

Very bad business did not come when he was suppose to called and was busy texting instead of answering my questions. Then told me he really does not need to come for a free estimate...very nice.

Nick and his crew did a excellent job installing over 1,500 ft of 3 rail and 2 rail fencing at my home. They completed the job as they said they would and even worked through the rain we had last week. I would highly recommend them to anybody wanting a contractor that takes pride in his workmanship and no excuses with them. Pls take a look at there job 4205 Spiker Road, Cheyenne, Wy.
