They are really friendly! They just got a new dentist and he awesome! Highly Recommend! Fills cavities quickly and he is gentle so minimal pain. They are taking new patients so you can get in pretty fast. When I set up the appointment I had the option to come 15 minutes early and fill out the paperwork for new patients or fill it out online. So that was wonderful! Then when I got there they were very friendly and got me in within 5 minutes.

I was a faithful customer at Brookside for 2 years. In that time my wife and I had a total of over $6000 of work. We paid all out of pocket expense and currently have a 0 balance. In spite of that we both felt the employees of Brookside treated us poorly with little respect. We felt that they over provided so they could collect 100% insurance and then a little out of pocket. They also would perform unrequested services with out explaining so that there were unexpected expenses on our bill.

I just had my first dental appointment in quite some time. I was so amazed at how comfortable and serene their office feels. The staff and Dr. Rowe are true professionals. They are gentle and provide services specifically tailored to my dental needs. Their waiting room doesn't make you feel like you are waiting....it makes you feel like you are welcome. :) Thanks!
