This law practice recently transitioned ownership to Dean Winegar. Dean is a very reasonable and practical attorney. Definitely a fresh face for the firm and taking it in a new direction. Worth checking out under new command!

I appreciated all the effort Mr. Cole put into my case. He is very busy, but he is extremely good at what he does! He was also very honest and up front with me throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend scheduling a free consultation!

Find a lawyer that wont just eat up the retainer and do nothing, Staff is some of the worst I've seen. no feed back and rarely does call backs. save your money and find a good one.

This is the most unprofessional person I've ever met. Rude is the best I can give him. Told my lawyer about what he did and said on the phone to me. His response was that is the most bizarre this g I've ever heard a lawyer do and say. I've reported him to the bar. Save your money and get a good lawyer.

I've used Don Cole for a divorce as well as a few other things. Don and his staff have always done an outstandingjob. I feel they go above and beyond the normal expectations. His fees are always reasonable. Very upfront.

MY DIVORCE WAS QUICK AND PAINLESS. $500 WAS WHAT I HAD TO PAY UPFRONT BUT WHAT I WASN'T TOLD WAS THE EXTRA $170 AFTER EVEN THOUGH I WAS TOLD THE $500 SHOULD COVER IT. STILL THAT'S $670 COMPARED TO THE $2000 MOST LAWYERS WANT FOR A CONSULTATION WHICH REALLY ISN'T THAT BAD. THERE ARE OTHER LAWYERS THAT CLAIM TO BE JUST AS CHEAP BUT THE OTHER ONE I USED CHARGED ME OVER $2300 AND DIDN'T SEE A SINGLE RESULT. OTHER THAN THAT, THIS ATTORNEY IS VERY FAST AND VERY PROFICIENT. I WAS ABLE TO DO EVERY OUNCE OF BUSINESS BY PHONE AND MAIL.

This attorney is too busy to even talk to at scheduled meetings; was constantly interrupted by phone calls and messages from other clients'. Not a very professional staff with the short shorts in front office; and atorney lacked on follow through from case. Although, the retainer was eaten up very fast.
