The very worst cab company they took advantage of my girlfriend who is shy a naïve and charged her 22.00 $ to take her less then five miles. The other cabs in cheyennne might have bad reviews to but there's no way anyone could be more crooked then these guys. What a joke.

I cant believe it. They charged me $10 to get home from work wich was maybe a mile. I was shocked when this big and old van showed up at my work. The van inside stinks, dirty and disgusting. I am so mad right now, it is a rip off. They should charge by miles because its not fair to me that ipay $10 for a mile ride when other ccustomer pays same money for 3 or 5 miles. Do not ever use cowboy shuttle find other taxi services.

They throw our money back in our face when they took my boyfriend home from work with only 5 dollars that is what we give our friends and family when we get rides form them so they say far far and it not they want ten bucks form us

If I could give the negative stars I would the dispatcher said they accepted credit cards and then the driver shows up and says they don't and forced us to pay cash this company sucks and the cab was filthy inside and out there is no pride in there rides. horrible experience. never again use another service

Poor service and rude dispatch. Call anyone but Cowboy Shuttle unless you like dirty cabs and drivers who are tired and grouchy from driving 14 to 18 hr shifts.

Id tell them to call someone else I waited 1 and half hours called them 3 times unrealiable unprofessional

Worst cab Ever! 45 MINUTES never showed up kept saying on the way ...... bar closed had to hitch a ride and the receptionist hung up on us! Rude Rude Rude and stranded.
