I wish thier was a zero rating. What ever you do don't rent through them. They will find away to screw you over just like they did to me .

NEGATIVE STARS! I have been renting from Crown since June. Everything was fine the first few months but now I can't wait to get out! In early December I called to notify Crown that our baseboard electric heat was not working. No answer. Then on a Thursday morning I woke up and it was 40 degrees in the house and the kitchen pipes were frozen. They sent the maintenance guy to thaw the pipes so I informed him that the heaters did not work properly and that we were running a space heater instead. He insisted that the heaters would work if I "just turned them on". I explained that we had had them on before, but we weren't going to continue to pay to run heaters that didn't work. Again, he insisted that they work, so he turned them all on and I turned off the space heater. They ran all day and all night and when I woke up the next day it was only 45 degrees (the temperature outside had gone up about 10 degrees since the day before). So again I called Crown and told them the house was still cold and the pipes were still frozen. They told me they would try to get someone over to look at it on Monday. So from Thursday-Monday I had no heat with sub-zero temperatures outside, and no water in my kitchen. Well, it's now been over a month and we still have no heat. The pipes froze again yesterday. I called 3 times leaving voice mails and never got a return phone call. Other than our heat, we have tiles falling off the walls that they don't care to fix, one of our toilets wont flush and they don't care to fix that either. Overall WORST experience I have ever had renting. DO NOT rent from this company. They are rude, disrespectful, and they don't care about their renters what-so-ever.

The absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with in regards to rental property, liars, dishonest and downright rude/ugly people. DO Not use this company, you will regret it if you do.

I've had no problems with Crow...

I've had no problems with Crown and I have rented two different homes from them. No bugs, no nothing. I have nothing but nice things to say about the ladies in the office, they are always helpful and have never done me wrong. I will continue renting from Crown, as I, nor any of the people in my complex, have had any problems what so ever with them.

DONT DO IT! at first they seem like really great people to work with...then if you are not on the FAVORITES list, they SCREW YOU! also, GOSSIPS! telling your neighbors about your business when they do not need to know anything!! i have TRIED working with them, well because they said they WANT TO WORK WITH ME!!! and well it turned out to be a one way road for myself, no help from the other party!! be cautious about renting with them, you have been warned!!!

GREAT STAFF! Very friendly! I have had absolutely NO problems in the five years I have been renting from Crown. I would definitely recommend Crown Realty to anyone looking to rent in the Cheyenne, WY area.

My review of Crown Realty includes them getting by with cheyenne housing with bugs in a large number of their units. And being 2 faced individuals with no morals of care for others before themselves. They are all self centered arrogant people. And I hope they enjoy screwing people over in the future.

We did not in the end rent from this company. We called early one week from Casper looking to relocate to Cheyenne. We explained to the manager that we had a medium size dog and a cat. She told us this would be fine and we could see the place whenever we were able. SO, we prepared to make the drive excited and believing we would have our new apartment within the week. We called her several times but got no answer or returned call. We made the drive anyway hoping she was simply busy. When they did pick up we were told they do not accept larger pets. Thinking there may have been a mix up in communication we asked to speak to the manager. We were put on hold and then after waiting 2 minutes the line hung up twice. Upon our third call the office did not pick up. Not long after the manger called on her cellphone and pretended she had never spoken to us before telling us our dog was too big as we sat in our 90 dg car. We were and are still dumbfounded by their callow and spineless behavior.
