I left about 20 items on consignment as I was moving to another state and I felt this was the best way to dispose of the garments. I left Donna my forwarding address and she told me that I'd get a check about a week after the end of my contract. Never heard from her, even though I left several voicemails and even wrote her a letter. To her surprise, I showed up in her shop and collected a check... for a whopping $20.00. Needless to say, I ran to the bank. This is a very dishonest person.

Rude and pretentious. I brought clothing items in to sell, but despite the fact that there was no one else there besides the owner, she still made me come back because I needed to "schedule an appointment" with her first. I can understand if she has a policy set up and doesn't waiver for anyone, but it was her attitude that really got me. She was rude about it. I felt like I was in that scene in Pretty Woman where the retail women were snobby and won't sell to her because she looked like she didn't belong. How uncomfortable. Sheesh.

Beware of this place!!.! I dropped off 20 items and at the end of the consignment contract I was told I had sold 8 items (total $30.00). When I picked up my remaining inventory I was given 12 items, 3 of which were NOT mine, to date I have not been returned my items lost nor contacted as promised- I think they were sold and not accounted for. Very poor management of items and tracking I never did see what sold . I suspect I was NOT paid the proper amount for my clothing all of which was "high end" stuff. I feel duped!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Very unprofessional. I dropped of 12 units of clothing 3 months prior and was given an end date of 12/27/12. When I contact them on this date, I was told only two items sold and was given a pick up date of 1/4/13. I left work to make this appointment was very suprised when the lady at the desk informed me she didn't have my stuff ready and that I could come back on the January 25th pick up date. I was never contacted and furthermore, my total was a $1.50??? I've consigned my cloths for years and never have less then $50.00. I could care less about the money, but very frustrated with her lack of professionalism. If it were my business or I was the employee, I would not be sitting at the desk doing nothing. I would have made sure to get up and find the TEN items for my client!

OH MY GOSH, I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! I SHALL RETURN!!!!!
