All of my friends go to Fitness one, I chose it because it is a local place. I would definitely recommend it to others. It is a very clean gym.

I really like the staff at the gym, the management really gets involved and are all great people. If I have any questions I know I can go to them and they will work with me the best they can. I have had nothing but great experiences here.

Fitness One has great rates. I even get a discounted rate through each year thanks to the corporate rates. The best part of the gym however are the trainers they are the reason I keep coming back.

This year they had a fitness one test/call it was on Saturdays from 8-2pm and they would do 30 minutes of different classes to try them all out and see what you liked it was an excellent idea and I found new classes I enjoyed.

They do an awesome job keeping the gym clean and up to date.

Fitness One is an awesome gym for an awesome price. They frequently give discounts for initiation fee's too.

Me and my daughter Shannon are thinking about joining, mainly because.....I may be getting another job and the current job that I have involves a lot of exercise and weight lifting which keeps me in pretty decent shape. (without really trying). I am worried that if I get a white collar job I will gain un-needed weight and get out of shape.I also like the fact that they have Zumba (sp) and and spin class. I have never done either but they both sound fun. They also have other things that sound interesting like massage and tanning. I know they are extra but anything that is worth it usually is.

I have been in a few times and I love that it is open 24/7 HOWEVER at Smart Sports Training Center you can get unlimited tanning for 10 (that's right I said TEN) dollars a month sorry teddy do some research before spouting off some advirtisment about your gym. The package teddy described previously costs extra money and if a message is what you desire I would reccommend going to Adora Day Spa.

5 Stars######My trips to Fitness One,"F1" as I like to call it, are like a mini resort vacation for me. I go workout any time I want 24 hours a day, get friendly no pressure assistance, get a massage, get a quick tanning session and maybe catch a yoga or kickboxing class at the end, then I hop in the sauna and finally shower and go home refreshed and energized. All best of all I feel good about my indulgence because its good for my health. Who says working out can't be fun?!######P.S. The tanning at Fitness One is the best deal in the western U.S. Where else can you find unlimited tanning for under 20 bucks a month? No where. ######-I'm a member for life.###5 Stars
