We needed a hospital bed to care for our mother. She is 4ft 8 inches tall, which needs a high-low bed max height 18 inches bc of transferring. I called and spoke with Candy, had the Dr. write the order specific to her height. Bed was supposed to take about a week. A week and a half goes by and had not heard from Frontier Access. I called and left a message. Nothing. I called again the next day and spoke again to Candy who said we had a bed that the height was 15 inches but 19 with mattress that would be delivered Thursday. Gets delivered and the height is 23 inches with the mattress. Too tall for transfers, so Candy suggests a lift and says we received the wrong mattress. It should have two inches lower. So i spoke with Candy again today asking if they are going to trade out the mattress. No, she says. It wasn't the wrong mattress after all. It is standard mattress and they won't give us a lower one. My question is why weren't they upfront with us in the beginning? I was lied to several times. Will not do business with them again! Am ordering a bed online that suites our mother's needs and returning the one we have to Frontier Access. Terrible service!!!!!

walk in, give prescription, they call insurance to see if approved while you wait or within one day so you'll know if you need out of pocket money or not. they know where everything is and help you choose after asking a couple questions on your needs. they have always been very courteous and helpful for my mom, me, and friends for all the years we've needed something and they had it or could order it. so glad they are here so we don't have to go out of town.

The staff was friendly and knowlegable and we were able to get everything we needed to get my mom home!

By far these guys rock.
