Mark and his staffs has such great customer service. Mark will help you not just in anything you need for your heating problem, but for you to save money on your heating problems. Wish that all stores has the best quality customer service just like Mark and his staffs @ Harmony Hearth & Home. Would recommend his place if anyone need a pellet, wood or gas stoves. Mark has gone out of his way (and I mean that very literally) to make sure our gas fireplace met our expectations. He has been back out to our rural location a couple of times for follow-up visits and to diagnose a problem. Would recommend HH&H for all your stove or fireplace needs.

our stove had a facotry defect, caught fire and was removed by D & J. Now, 6 months later we cannot get a return call. Although it has been determained that it was a defect and not misuse.I would tell anyone looking for a stove to look elsewhere
