My friend and I who are both grandmothers take our 2 grandchildren there for lunch a couple of times a month. My friend has a medical problem and she cannot eat the type of food served and I am on a diet. We paid for the children's buffet. They are both 2 1/2 so I piece of chicken is more than enough and the sides. I asked for some potato wedges and they came freshly from the fryer. When I took them to the table my grandson wanted to immediately eat one and I told him that I needed to check to see how hot they were. I ate 1 French fry. A couple minutes later an employee came to the table, told us she was going to charge us for 2 adult meals as she was watching us and we were eating off the children's plates. I told her I had just eaten 1 fry. She said "That's stealing, just like a thief". She was very nasty. We were both shocked, I just gave her my debit card and we were charged for 2 lunches. As I was leaving I asked to speak to the manager, the fellow behind the counter said he was one of the managers. I told him what happened and he just listened, did not apologize for the accusations, just said he would talk to his staff. I was dumfounded. I asked him if he thought this was good customer service and he just looked at me. Great job KFC, the worst treatment ever. I don't have to "steal" a lousy piece of chicken to save a few dollars. Pathetic.

Went there 2 days and tried to get grilled chicken and both times they was a 15 min. wait. This is pathetic and not a way to run a business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT EAT THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
