Ed Jones along with the other team members at Kia of Cheyenne that I worked with this past weekend were so amazing! They helped me get a newer & safer vehicle for my kids & I. It was a quick and simple stress free process!!!!

Went to Kia of Cheynne and was looking to but a new car, i wanted the new sportage or sorento the man i spoke her called himself "Cowboy" something and promised to get me what i wanted.

The one i was looking at was 25,000. WIth a credit score of a high 700 he said i should try to get into a newer model. Told him to see what he could do.

A week went by and no call back, no response when i called.

Two weeks later i started to recieve denial letters for loans listed at 30,000-35,000 dollars.

Just checked my credit score, it was ran 32 times to many different banks!

Horrible customer service... and cost me years and years of re building my credit.

Overall, i now have a high 500.

Very dissapointed and i will be contacting KIA OF CHEYENNE AGAIN.. as well as the local banks, news stations and possibly an attorney.

Beware of these shady people.
