Rude, expensive, and bad craftsmanship! I took my wedding dress to this lady for alterations on the chest and bodice of my lace, sheath-fitting gown. Not only did she fail to alter the dress correctly, she blamed me for losing weight, and proceeded to tell me to get a padded bra to help fill out the dress. She had excuse after excuse to justify her inability to execute what I had asked for. I was finally able to talk her into re-working the alteration, only to return to a dress that wouldn't even zip up!! I had to take the dress on and off THREE MORE TIMES before she was finally able to let out the dress enough for it to zip up. She then asked me to pay $50 more for her extra work!! Why would I have to pay extra for all the time it took her to correct her own mistake? One of the worst experiences I’ve had, and a shame it had to be with such an important dress.

She always does exactly what I ask at a good price, very nice lady!
