The ladies that work there are rude its kinda messed up when you have employees talking crap about customer's while just sitting behind the counter not even helping anyone thinking no one can hear them i hate going in here and would rather pay full price then deal with there employees

If you are actually wanting to sell clothes and get a reasonable amount of money for them, then don't waste your time at this place. First of all, they won't take hardly anything, even your nicest stuff, but when you look around in there, they have stuff that is way junkier than what you are trying to sell. For example, I brought in a brand new pair of True Religion jeans because they didn't fit me and they wouldn't take them because they were "last season". I also brought in a super nice, brand- new Convert jacket, never worn, worth about $200 and they found a super tiny black spot on the inside and said that because of that they could only give me $6. If you're lucky enough to have them buy something of yours, they will offer an insultingly-low amount of cash for it, but double it if you take store credit instead. If that works for you, then go for it! If you are thinking you are actually going to make some money, don't bother, you will leave feeling offended, insulted, and disappointed.
