This is a horrible company, with a horrible reputation that does not care about it's tenants.... PERIOD. Here is some of my experience with them over the last 2-3 years.
-They do not inspect their own apartments. I was given a sheet of paper and told to do my own walkthrough of my apt, I'm seriously scared that this is going to come back to bite me when it's time to move out...
-They will not replace ANYTHING. My carpet has a literal crunchy spot in it from the last tenants burning it, and it is very run down and worn out. The patio is falling apart to the point I've had to complain about boards popping out of place, they didn't replace the hand rails that were warped until people started getting splinters and complaining on a regular basis.
-We have had our rent check cashed as late as 2 weeks after paying. No excuse for this.
-You are CHARGED to have maintenance come to your house.... if that doesn't sink in let me elaborate, if you have an issue with something in your place, and you call the maintenance man out but he deems it "your fault" or "not important" the company will charge you FIFTY DOLLARS (that's right 50!) for sending maintenance out. 9 times out of 10, they will push the blame on you even if whatever is wrong is a result of their shoddy upkeep.
And this particular point is where it gets counterproductive, your tenants are simply going to keep things broken or dangerously fix them themselves costing you way more down the road, all because they are afraid of getting slapped with your "maintenance fee". It's greedy, and bad business practice.
-Do you like getting passive aggressive threats that you might be fined for using air conditioners, or any other number of petty things in your mail from your management company! Good news, you're gonna get a lot of these!
Do I have anything good to say about this company? Well some of their prices are actually very reasonable, but unless you are willing to maintain your own property as if it was a house it's not worth it at all. Take a little more time and rent from someone/some other entity other than preferred management.

Provided by YP.comon the final inspection, the manager named Brauce only mentioned a couple things to fix: cleaning the dust on the curtains, polishing the sinks and cleaning up a little grease by the stove. we did what he wanted and leave the place and the city. 20 days later they deducted $400 out of the $600 deposit. they charged me for many things they didn't mentioned on the final inspection such as the carpets for $100, the flower pot i left outside the house for $100, one key missing for $100, light bulb for $10. general cleaning for $80 (you never know what general cleaning is anyway). i called back the office and this idiot Brauce hung up on me when i asked for an explanation and he couldn't give one. they are robbers.
