I must highly recommend that you anyone looking to buy a trailer in cheyenne or wheatland wy from this company or from a current resident make sure that you do not forget to see if the lot rent is current because the owner will attempt to come after you for the previous tenants bill. Says the debt follows the trailer not the owner. And she will ignore phone calls and not return phone calls so you can work something out if you do fall behind. She is a slumlord and does not do anything to people who are known drug dealers in her parks. WATCH OUT!
