If your smart do not rent ,sell,or buy from these crooks I lived in my apartment that I rented for two years paid my rent on time re-month and left it better than the condition we moved in on and they took my deposit to fix the repairs that needed to be fixed before I moved in they would not return my calls When I'm asking about my deposit money took them 97 days for them to tell me in an email that my deposit was used to fix the previous renters stuff . The thing they did fix took 150 days from the fix the garage door so that it would shut I was on nights while my family was in that place with the garage door wide open I hope that people see this so it doesn't happen to them

Do NOT rent through this company. Worst group of people I have ever dealt with. They are completely disrespectful and they are absolute crooks. They came into our house before our lease was even up and threw all of our stuff on the curb, stole stuff, and changed our locks. They also charged us for things that we didn't do and when we tried to contact them they never answered us. They never do anything about work orders yet they mark them as complete and charge you for them. Don't rent through them unless you want to be out a lot of money and want to be treated like dirt. Rob is an awful human being and loves taking advantage of people.

We used TD Real Estate property management in Fort Collins, Co. The company was just awful! The accounting was awful, the response time was awful and it took multiple requests to get a response. The contractors they hired to do work on the house did a lousy job and allowed the roof to leak.They did not inspect the property or confirm that the tenants were cutting the grass and doing the maintenance they were required to do. They charged us for cleaning and re-keying when tenants left despite it being the tenants obligation and they charged the tenant! Sounds like double dipping to me. The house was dirty after the tenants left and TD Real Estate had inspected the property. Low standards and lousy service, really bad combination. TD Real Estate property management did not manage, they collected and re-distributed checks and were very irresponsible in meeting their management obligation. I gave them multiple opportunities to be responsive and professional and I would never....ever use them again.

TD was great! I definitely would have stayed with them had I not moved out of state. If you're in the market to rent I highly recommend them.

TD real estate was the answer to our problems. They are very good to deal with and I IM glad for the help. The go past our expectations all the time. They do a great job and receive my enthusiastic recommendation.

My rental property has greatly improved since TD Real Estate took it over. They have done a great job and my tenants are happy.

TD Real Estate has been outstanding. I have a couple rental properties they have been taking care of and they're doing great work. Thanks to their screening system I've had excellent tenants and short waits in between. I highly recommend you give them a call if you need property management!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. they kept every cent of my security deposit despite cleaning the carpets, leaving the house immaculate, cleaner than when i moved in.
