DO NOT STAY HERE....

Especially during Cheyenne Frontier Days. We paid their grossly-overpriced rates for a cabin which wasn't much better than sleeping in a tent. The flies were HORRIBLE due to the fact that the screens did not fit properly. We were unable to eat our meals or get a good night's sleep here after a long day at the Rodeo. (No city slicker here: grew up on a farm, with animals, and didn't have flies in the house like what we experienced at this Ranch.)

Staff not friendly and not helpful; after-hours phone went unanswered; management conveniently 'unavailable'. They are refusing a refund on one night's lodging (we left early) as it refunds during CFD are 'against policy'. Best they can do is offer a free night on a future stay. (NO.WAY.....)

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Staff very poorly trained and unproffessional. The gift house was nice but staff was very slow and seemed to have difficulty ringing up my purchases. Restaurant needs a good old fashion scrubbing, the floor is filthy. Food was Ok but service was very slow and very unproffessional. One waitress, who literally ran from table to table, at one point she also informed us there was only one cook. We ordered buffallo burgers and it took nearly an hour. Probably a total of 6 or 7 tables of customers, it really wasn't very busy. All the fences need mending, all the animal pens need cleaning. The chicken coop had one big rooster who had the smaller roosters bleeding. In my opinion the animals were very mangy looking. Terrible flies because of all the filth. The train ride was very poor. Took only a few minutes, it kinda just made a loop. He did throw treats out for the buffallo so we could get pictures of them. The person that owns this could have a gold mind. Clean it up, fix the fences, hire some better help or train the old ones. I would never go back unless there was some major renovations.
