Don’t use this company! Had wood floors refinished in an older house. They gave a descent estimate but that was the only good part. The left bumps and ridges down the hallway and over sanded most of the floor. Lived in the house for two years prior to work and only had a couple of squeaky locations- now it squeaks everywhere. The finish coat continues to break out of joints. The crew used my new kitchen appliances to make their food and left the trash. My house was covered in floor dust - and I mean seriously covered on walls, shelves and windows. When they did finally send a person out to see the poor work they denied any responsibility and demanded payment in full.

Contracted to put floors in our home. Initial installers did some "oops" on the install and the company was aware of it. Company was well aware work was not done and did not return to repair then stated it was out of warranty and wanted money to fix their install issues. Not impressed as they should have honored their own mistakes and wanting to charge to fix them.

Otherwise the floor is great, but just a disappointment they would want to double dip on a problem they created.

Terrible service. The owner shows up to give estimate, then never returns calls or comes back to address issues. After calling several times, they finally came to look at the terrible job they did. The "supervisor" had to return three times to fix my floor. Didn't surprise me, as four employees showed up, but only one actually worked. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Our finish is peeling up on wood floor. Owner came and admitted it was terrible work. Set up tentative time to repair. Called him over a dozen times would not return phone calls.

dont return calls, dont show when they are supposed to, give you one date then, opps now its two weeks later. un professional
