Upon ordering one day, i askd the cashier for 3 green sauces to accompany my meal. I had 2 burritos and they gave me 2 red sauces, i gave them back and politely asked for 3 green sauces. Then he tells me for extra sauce its extra which is fine but i come in this establishment very often est. 2x a week. Not ONCE have i ever been charged extra, and if u are charging extra dont u think a sign or two in the restaurant or drive thru explaining u charge for sauce would be a little more professional. Instead i gotta ask 2-3 employees for the same thing and they all act as if they dont know what im saying. So bcuz i gave my nasty red sauce back i now have no sauce and i am still waiting on green sauce. The young man leaves and come back with 1 green sauce. Thinking to myself umm hello i have 2 burritos and 1 sauce. Its not hard to give someone sauce for their food, and its not too much to ask for a sign so "us" customers knowits a policy thing. Get it together seriously!!! Ive decided that in 2015 i will no longer give burrito station my business, they cant even treat regular customers like their worth something!!! Ill stick with my FAVORITE, GYRO EXPRESS!! Burrito station has treated me rudely too many times, "us" customers deserve better!
