The St. James Spa is wonderful. I had a pedicure in October that literally lasted until February! The service and quality is exceptional! I highly recommend the St. James Medical Spa.

What a great procedure...it's named correctly-my face felt like silk after this treatment! I had a great shoulder and neck massage during the treatment too! What a beautiful spa.
