What you said about Claudia's tire and repair shop in Chicago heights is true. That was not an isolated incident. She also tried to yell at my wife and I about a year ago. We weren't aware of this site to write a review at that time. There are probably more people out there with similar experiences. She will yell and curse at you and what made our experience even more crazy. Her workers stayed behind to ask her if she needed them to stay behind as she probably was speaking ill of us before we got there this supporting the intimidating behavior you spoke of. Both my wife and I with our grandchildren present for this behavior. It will catch up to her if it hasn't started already.

My husband passed away two years ago unexpectedly. So it's of vital importance that I have reliable transportation so me and my little ones aren't stranded on the side of the road. Well that's what we've gotten. Taken advantage of and highly disrespected. I have shelled out thousands of dollars and stll my car and van are inoperable. When I informed the owner that the problems weren't fixed Claudia would blame me or become verbally disrespectful and loud trying to intimidate me. She took advantage of my situation and the fact that I knew nothing about cars.
