Lucke just gave me the worst experience I have ever had in a store. Terrible employee. He needs to learn proper ways to access certain situations, and this is coming from someone with EXTENSIVE customer service experience. He's a young punk getting cheap thrills off of making customers feel terrible. I will never step foot in there again. Was going to call manager Raja to complain but it's not worth the effort and I've wasted enough thought on this experience. Lucke needs a new job where he will be happier. If this gentleman lied about his name he was the one working 1am January 30 2017. Also I called to ask for managers name and Lucke lied and said he was manager. Then accused me of being wrong. It was a very one sided conversation and I wish this person and I will never meet again because he seems like a terrible human being.
