I needed a certificate of liability insurance and a bond to obtain a job for a customer. I spoke w/ a gentleman at the agency and over the phone he was able get me what I needed and fax it to the suburb so I could get a permit. Thank you

Needed coverage for the closing of my house. The agent came through for me. He gave me a choice between three companies. Thank you.

I shopped around to many listings in the phone book. I got a lower rate from another agency but they told me I had to wait for my coverage to start. I was going o ut of town and I needed it immediately. I spoke to a nice lady at Firestone and she covered me over the phone! The cost was only $3.00 higher than the other place but my coverage began immediately. Best $3.00 I ever spent.

The company is a ripe off. You do better finding your own insurance online. Try google.com type in the keywords"cheap insurance". You'll get better rate from the insurance companies directly there is third party billing or customer service. You get adequate customer service when you need it 24 hours a day with the top of the line insurance companies. I have Liberty Mutual awesome insurance the few extra dollars paying a crappy insurance agency like Firestone will get you better coverage. If your in the Chicago area and you have to utilize agency because of your own personal reasons or your not computer saavy utilize Clover Insurance Company, Mr. Arnold.
