Provided by YP.comFrom the first time I spoke with Vanessa to the last time I called them, I received great service. This is in addition to great work at a great price. I would recommend Aaron Auto Glass without hesitation. Thank you!

Provided by YP.comUnfortunately, I had to find Aaron Auto Glass after having a bad experience at one of their competitors. The customer service was great, they had the work done in a fair amount of time, and I paid what was quoted (no trickery or hidden fees). I had such a good conversation with the other customers I didn't get a chance to really notice too much about the customer waiting area. About all I can say is that they had a good selection of car magazines and it was clean. The only gripe that I can mention is that the vent for the heat is a bit loud, but hey, it was warm & comfortable.

I'll get to the point, some @$$ broke my window, i called Aaron Glass first thing in the morning @7:00am (they were already open), i gave them my information, they told me it would $65 for a used window(which i didn't mind, it had some scratched but no big deal), i was there by 7:30 and i was out by 8:00. They even vaccummed out all the broken glass. They made a horrible thing, not that bad. Great job guys

Provided by YP.comI had brought my vehicle in once before for a broken passenger window, and my experience was fine. Relatively quick service at a good price. However this time I decided to pay out the extra $15 on top of the $75 replacement cost to have them come to me.
I had to give them a 2 hour window (7:30-9:30 am). They showed up around 8am. The technician disassembled the car door to replace the window, and for the most part it went alright. He seemed like a nice enough guy, but couldn't stop swearing all sorts of profanities under his breath.
When it came time to re-assemble the door, the cover plate for the door handle wouldn't go back on properly. It was the technician himself who kept complaining about it, saying that it just won't fit in right. The pull-handle for the door also remained loose from the door itself. There was also a spacer of some sort left over from when he disassembled the door that he claimed wasn't from this door and that there was nowhere for it to fit in. 90 minutes later and removing and putting the door cover back on about 3 times, he told me that I should bring it into the shop to have someone else take a look at it.
I followed him to the shop (about 10 minutes). Whereupon 3 other techs looked at it, shrugged, and basically said "looks good enough."
After another 30 minutes of tinkering I spoke with the manager. He basically acknowledged that the door didn't seem to be in right, but that they put it back in with everything they took out.
Uncharacteristically, I was keeping cool this whole time. He asked me to go back to wait in the office (we were in the garage looking at the car). I went back inside and sat for another 25 minutes with no-one saying anything. I went back to the front desk and made eye-contact with the manager who told me that they are trying one more time to remount the door.
About 10 minutes later another technician signaled me to come outside. I tried the door handle at it seemed fairly solid. I asked what they had done and they told me they fit the extra spacer back in. When I got back home I decided to remove the coverplate to see what they had done. Upon prying off the screw cover I saw that they had snapped the screw cover and they had filled it with some black gunk to keep it from falling off. They also jury-rigged the other spacer inside, basically forcing the door away from the base to keep it from moving. Because of the way they rigged it, the coverplate screw wouldn't even fit on properly, which was another reason they filled it with this black sticky gunk to try to keep the screw in place.
I'm not sure what I am going to do at this point, since on the surface it appears decent, but they obviously screwed around inside. I don't know if I can be bothered to pursue it anymore, but I certainly won't be back nor do I recommend you do.
Check the yellow pages, there are at least two other place within 10 minutes of here that will do the job at the same price...next time I'm giving them a try.
