Have taken both of my cats here for a summer cut, second summer in a row. Chip is a obvious animal lover & super patient. Both kitties look amazing. I recommend this place. Ok, cats are home & I thought the shy kitty would be freaked out by the new doo. BUT both kitty's are lounging around like the sexy b*tches they are. Love it. Loyal customer. Still impressed how chip was able to coax my difficult kitty into a beautiful new doo. :-)

THIS PLACE IS THE THE WORST! A "BUTCHER SHOP". WOULD HAVE GLADLY PAID FOR APPT. TIME AND WALK OUT!! THEY ASSURED ME WOULD NOT ALTER/ CHANGE FEATURES THAT I HAD SPENT ENTIRE LIFE OF PET (2 YRS) TO GROW !! THEY TOTALLY IGNORED MY VERY PRECISE REQUESTS AND HACKED UNEVENLY HER MOST BEAUTIFUL FEATURES! THEY HAVE NO UNDERSTANDING OF HOW A FINE PURE BREED PET SHOULD BE GROOMED. WHEN I ASKED THE OWNER "CHIP" FOR AN EXPLANATION AND WHY DID HE DO EXCATLY WHAT I MADE SO VERY CLEAR NOT TO DO HE HUNG UP ON ME!!
