La verdad estoy muy decepcionado de este lugar espere casi 40minutos para que me atendieran,finalmente me pasaron me tomaron mis radiografías con una máquina tan vieja que es muy doloroso el proceso finalmente entro el doctor para decirme te tengo que hacer una limpieza remover una amalgama y poner una nueva pase con la recepcionista para que regrese otro día .que falta de profesionalismo!!mi sugerencia para Archer heights family dentistry compren una maquina mas moderna para para sacar radiografías ya que la que tienen es muy vieja y duele mucho el procesó ,también el monitor que usan para mostrar las radiografías está muy viejo tiene muchos pixeles muertos que apenas sí se miran las radiografías y finalmente sean puntuales con las citas .

I hate dentists.. But I brought my self and family to see him and do not regret OR fear this one! In fact, I look forward to my visits. I used to wait and wait till I had no choice to go, but now I don't have to fear the dentist with Dr. R. To give an example, I was in the chair once for 2 extractions, Closed my eyes and next thing I knew, it was over. Didn't feel a thing. In fact, I didnt even know he did both, I thought he was done with just one but when he said done, I thought it was just one, but he had pulled both that fast AND without pain! Dr R. ROCKS!
