Do not take your vehicle to Art's Auto Rebuilders, they'll scam you. Got ripped off when I took my Escalade in for their undercoating package. It honestly looks like they applied it with their eyes closed. Absolute terrible job. The owner, Larry, was incredibly rude and very short when I called in to complain, it's like I was talking to a child. Do not trust these idiots with your car.

I took my new CRV to this place and it was the worst experience ever! They were supposed to do rustproofing on the entire car and it was done about 50%. They did not do anything underneath the wheels and inside the doors, which they said they would. Also, they were supposed to spray a thick, black, undercoat and they managed to do half of the car. I had to go back and show them all the areas they missed, they supposedly fixed it, and still it was the same poor job. I was forced to make an appointment at another place and now, not only am I out the $250 this placed charged me, I have to pay for the fixing of the absolutely unfinished, horrible job they did! Do not go to this place, as you will be very disappointed and you will pay for services that they claim they perform, but in reality DO NOT!!!!!!!!!!

First of all, I have been given estimates for various repairs from neighborhood shops as well as dealerships. Art's always beats the competition for price and their service is exemplary. My most recent repair was a power steeering cooling hose. Many places quoted me a price of 300 to 400 dollars without even looking at it. When I called them, I was quoted a price that was very close to the price that was given once the car was inspected. The person who gave me the quote also let me know that the price may be higher or lower once they took a look at it. As a woman, I appreciate that because places like Firestone will give you a quote just to get you to bring the car in.

Getting my hose replaced was only $132.00. I could not believe the great price, the fast service, and the courteous consideration given to each customer.

I brought my car to Art's for service and they did an amazing job. The staff was professional and courteous. My car was so clean when I picked it up it looked brand new! They even arranged for a rental car for me and had the rental company pick me up!!
