I wish I could give them zero stars. Don't be fooled by the nice pictures and lovely pool, this building is ill managed and overpriced for those who don't qualify for Section 8. Ongoing issues with neighbor's cigarette smoke vented directly into my apartment. It's been nearly a year and the management refuses to fully address the issue. I follow-up on a near-daily basis, but they do not return phone calls or suggest things like "carpet cleaning" as a solution to someone practically smoking in my apartment. They continue to show apartments in the building, yet claim to have no other apartment available for me. The elevators have been under construction for over a year, so expect wait times of up to 10 minutes in this 33 floor building. Also, expect loud families stuffed into small apartments, crowded pool full of kids, garbage left in hallways & toxic chemical smells from ongoing maintenance issues. However, I will say that the door guys are great.
