I walked into Augustine's several months ago soaking wet and full of negativity, but I walked out feeling full of sunshine and hope despite the nasty weather outside. Reverend Stich is an amazing spiritual worker who truly listens to every person who walks through the door. He will listen and give advice that truly helps you make positive changes in your own life. Unlike some spiritual workers who try to sell you a bunch of mumbo jumbo to make a quick buck, Stich is honest and trustworthy and helps you find the best solution to your problems. The store is full of amazing energy and I always walk out feeling as if my soul has been lightened.I truly feel as if Augustine's is a place that helps people find their way.

Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!!!!!I have been there 3 times and all 3 I came out of the store empty handed, the guy behind the counter treats me like I'm an Idiot and he knows everything.Every time I came in I said "hi" no reply, the first two times I thought it was because he was busy with other customers, today he was alone and could not say hi.I ask for natural oils and he rolled up his eyes and explained to me natural oils are $700.00 a bottle. So I ask him to show me whatever they had and stated what I needed. He dragged to the oil area and give me another class in oils and how I should not say natural oils.When he finally asked me again what I needed I listed the 4 oils I was looking for. Then he raised his voice and told me to "Settle down" WHAT?? I'm not 4 years old, and I do not need his negativity in my magick.I don't know if he has a problem with my ethnicity or if he is just bitter, tired or plain crazy.Oh well there is plenty other stores for me to shop.

well, seeing this site, I did not pass judgement to fast, however upon receiving an email with a pomba gira advertisement, then, going to utube and seeing a video made by these people totally misinforming the public. A true professional can tell this was a way to scam money out of the public.These people did not even know how to pronounce the spirits name correctly.I do feel thay carry, occult supplies, but also feel they should not make false claims of voodoo and knowledge that they do not have!.In condomble, there are initiations that are given for such spirits, it is not a toy, and not play, and if these people were in fact initiated into this, they would certainly know how to pronounce the name.They appear to be a total laughing stock on that you tube video, and should really consider coming up with something better than that to scam money from people with!
