I went to this store yesterday. I ordered 2 kilos of goat chest (seena) and neck (gardan), 2 kilos of goat leg (agli dast, raan, nalli, puth), and 1 kilo of ground beef. They decided to give me 4 lbs. each of “shoulder” and leg and 2 lbs of ground beef. I saw the person taking my order write it down.

The meat that I received was shoulder, leg and ground beef. Nothing was labeled. The receipt didn’t even list the cuts of meat or the price per pound. It only listed the total cost for each of the three types of meat I ordered. I could tell obviously which one was the ground beef but not the others.

When I checked what I seemed to be the shoulder meat, they had included a small amount of ribs but had cut across the ribs. How is this the right way to cut ribs? Also, none of the amounts were correct. My 4 lbs. of shoulder were only 3.7 lbs. my 4 lbs. of leg were only 3.3 lbs. and my 2 lbs. of ground beef was only 1.7 lbs. If they didn’t have enough, they should have told me.

This butcher shop does poor quality work. They should have labeled similar-looking cuts and they should have listed the weights and price per pound of each meat. How am I to know if they charged me correctly? They also did not cut some of the meat properly. I do not recommend them.
