I was thoroughly impressed by Best Friends Day Care. I was nervous coming into BF’s as we established a routine with our last day care provider. From the time I dropped off our dog to pick up, I was extremely happy. Not only could I check in on our dog via web cam, but I was provided a report card and pictures. The staff was excellent, as I was unaware of the new process. They treated me with respect and helped with any questions/problems along the way. I felt cared for as a customer.Our dog will be coming back!

f you had asked me a month ago, I would have said I was happy with Best Friends. But that was before they stopped picking up my dog and didn't even let me know. My dog has been a Best Friends client for 3 1/2 years. She went five days a week and was picked up and dropped off. This week I was off of work but decided she would still go since I had a lot of work to catch up on. Monday morning I went to my exercise class, came home expecting that she had been picked up and she was still here. I waited for a call from them thinking maybe the driver was sick, but nothing. Wednesday they finally called me. They said that they did not have my credit card number which is not true since I have been on automatic renewal the entire time. They claimed they had called my cell phone "several times" which is not true and I even double checked the phone log to see if I had somehow missed it. I have been taking my little dachsie Zoe to Windy City Doggy Day Care for years. She absolutely loves it there - she actually knows when we are pulling into the parking lot and gets so excited when we walk in the front door that she usually pulls her leash out of my hand just so she can run and great them! Bruce and his staff get and A+++ they are attentive, courteous, and professional...not to mention they plan great parties and wonderful activities for every holiday. I have a Facebook account and have created a folder just for all the pictures that the staff at Windy City has taken of my little Zoe.I can't say enough postive things about everyone that works at Best Friends Windy City. I brag about them to everyone I know ... as a matter of fact, my daughter is going to start taking her dog to day care and her girlfriend has started boarding.If you want any further feedback please give me a call 312-560-0296.
