Disappointed

Altough great food and good service, twice i was charged for the sundae pies but never recieved them. My children were disappointed. When comfronting them about it all they had to say was sorry. They didnt even honor it. Fine so be it, its just the principle of it. I work at a restaurant and customer is always right!
