I rarely go to Burger King but wanted some chicken fingers so I went there and went through the drive thru and placed my order. Before paying the person at the window asked me to back up and wait a minute. I waited between 10-15 minutes before he told me to pull up and pay. When I got my food it was hot, however as I was eating my fries, I bite something hard and part of my tooth broke off and fell out . I called to speak with the manager and he informed me that there was nothing in the fryer that was hard and didn't see how that could happen. He said he would contact his district manager to discuss the issue and give me a call back , he never did. About a week later my son asked to go to burger king for food I went to the one on 159th and Lagrange. The fries we got from there was just as hard and not even edible. I attached photos so you can see. Needless to say I will never eat at another Burger King again!
