If I had the option to give them 0 stars I would. I booked a couple massage with them for Sat, February 13 at 2:00pm. Literally while I was en route, I receive a call from a lady at 1:30pm saying that I missed my appointment. I tried explaining to her that I booked it at 2:00pm and had the email to prove it, the lady on the phone insisted that she had me down for 1:00pm. After numerous attempts to explain to her that my appointment was indeed at 2:00pm, I decided to just forward the email. She receives the email and says "I see why you thought your appointment was at 2:00pm, but I wrote down 1:00pm" ���� She goes on to explain that she has someone coming at 2:30pm and that I can reschedule for a $10 fee on another day. She never once apologized for her mistake. Completely unprofessional. I would NEVER book an appointment with them again!
