I had my HP laptop fixed here. My laptop was infected by virus and run extremely slow, and those pop-up windows bothered me for a long time. Mr. Ken is a very nice person and very professional. He cleaned up all the virus on the same day, so I can pick my computer up on my way home. Mr. Can also taught me how to be careful to avoid virus on the internet. He only charged me a flat fee of $79. No diagnosis fee. Now this computer is running very well. No pop-up windows, no long time waiting. I'm very satisfied. I recommended this store to my friends and relatives.

i took my dell 610 computer in to be repaired ,it was about 130.00 to repair. as i was looking around the shop i seen a n white apple laptop priced at 389.00 my grandson allways told me to buy an apple,the dealer told me he would sell it for 389 .00 minus 20.00 for my old dell as a trade in . when i told my grand son he told me i got cheated because it was a 10 year old i book apple laptop worth about 120.00 used ,he told me to bring it back for a refund,i did the shop owner charged me 15% of my total purchase including the state tax which is illeagle , plus he would not return my trade in,he said he did' nt know what i was talking about. as soon as i get money im going to take him to small claims court .he would not give me my reg receipt back that would show that he took 15% of the sales tax ,just one showing the money to be credit to my account .what he didn't know was , i made a photo copy of the original which shows he cheated on the ill sales tax .its only 9.00 by it w
