We have a regular cleaning lady from Clearly Clean come to our house every two weeks. She does an amazing job,though she understands little English, I always call the office and have them communicate to her.They are great at communicating and they always listen to all my special requests.
We love Clearly Clean. Highly recommended!

We have used the Clearly Clean a few times for the last couple of years.
Every single time we were completely satisfied. Since we don't use them on a regular basis we were getting a different lady each time and they were all great.

I hired this company to clean our condo and trusted they would do a good job since I wasn't in town and couldn't be there when they finished. huge mistake! I paid for 3 hours of cleaning (this is a 1bd/1br 850sq ft condo) and it is still unclear what they did for 3 hours, because they certainly didnt clean. the bathroom sink, tub/shower, and toilet were all dirty. The refrigerator wasn't touched. My tenant was the 1st to see it and said "there is no way someone cleaned this place", then i went over to see when i was back in town and it looked awful. I took pictures of everything and called Chris to discuss. He was immediately defensive and just talked about how many happy/satisfied customers they have, and I'm sure they do, but that isnt the point. The issue is that my cleaning was horrible. I offered to send him the pictures but he said he didnt want to see them and that he wouldnt send another cleaner out and wouldnt compensate in any way. I told him if that was the case, then i would be forced to write them a bad review, to which he accused that of being "blackmail" - lol. DO NOT use this company unless you want to throw your money down the toilet.

Horrible. They sent one slow maid who spoke very little English. she spent about 1 hour in my very little kitchen. I had to tell her to go do the rest of the house or she would have spent the entire time in there. I just wanted 3 average to small bathrooms cleaned and the kitchen. She did not do that. The floor was not touched. She kept getting phone calls and wasting my time. She was so bad and disorganized I felt sorry for her. It was like sending my mom to someone's house to clean with no supplies. They had the nerve to try to shake me down to book 6 hours of service before my appointment. I would have had 2 maids stuck in 2 rooms for 3 hours and I would still have to clean the rest of my house.

I am going to only hire companies with their own supplies because at least you know what cleans well and how to use your own mop and vacuum.
