I really like and
Often shop Club Monaco stores but the store at the 900 no Michigan Ave has absolutely downsized to a "depressing " representation of the Club Monaco experience. And the staff seems not to care or know the merchandise but when the store manager at the time I was there was running around acting silly and when ask a question she was condescending with an embarrassing "passive aggressive" and foolish answer and it was truly unpleasant to see.
However, that store in that building is the only Club Monaco that I have ever witnessed such behavior with a store that looks like an outlet . It wasn't fun shopping like the other Club stores(halsted street being one of the "all around loveliest " I have ever been in.
